Words with capitalized initials have defined meanings as stated below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
- Products purchased from physical stores cannot be returned.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or Branded products are not eligible for return.
- All other items purchased online are eligible, provided they meet the return criteria.
REFUND POLICY
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be included.
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds can be made to your Bank Account or UPI ID.

EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange your product for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only.
Exchange Conditions:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Original tags must be intact.
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: Only one exchange per item is allowed. Products marked as gifts or sold as bundles are not eligible for exchange or return.
